Claims against a Member
If you wish to bring a claim against a Member, you will need to send us a Letter of Claim (together with supporting documentation) in accordance with the Professional Negligence Pre-Action Protocol. Click here to link directly to the Protocol.

We will acknowledge your Letter of Claim within 21 days of receiving it and provide you with a substantive Letter of Response within three months of the date of our letter of acknowledgement.
